Marketplace Central Installation Components

Installing Marketplace Central requires configuring your AWS Cloud Estate within the Management Account and the Delegated Admin Account or Data Collection where the application will be installed.

Pre-Requisite Task (~1hr)

Tasks in Management Account

• Enable Delegated Admin Account (suggest configured via AWS Organizations, Security Hub, or IAM Identity Center).

Assess Requirement

1. Admin - creating IAM Role

Tasks in Designated Admin/ Date Aggregation (~1hr)

1. Create S3 Bucket for Frontend Application
2. Configure S3 Buckets with CloudFront - including certificate installation
3. Create IAM Profile for Marketplace Central Installation
4. Subscribe and install Marketplace Central AWS Marketplace offering
5. Launch EC2 to copy Marketplace Central code to S3 Bucket
6. Install Marketplace Central from CloudFormation

Access Requirement

1. Admin as the CFT create IAM roles
